Shipping policy

All national shipments and to Portugal will be made through Correos Express, for international shipments the platform we use is DHL. To know exactly how much your shipment will cost, keep in mind that this will depend on several factors: the destination, the purchase amount and the weight of the shipment.

Whenever you place an order on our WEBSITE we will inform you by email when we have shipped it. Keep in mind that we are a small company and we need 3 or 4 days to process the package and send it. In addition, we will monitor the delivery and will contact you if there is any problem. That is why we ask that you provide us with a telephone number during the ordering process.

Please note that transport companies only work from Monday to Friday. They do not deliver on Saturdays or, of course, Sundays or holidays. Furthermore, when we give you delivery dates, we do not take into account whether it is a local or regional holiday at the destination; We only consider national and local holidays of origin.

Although we use express services, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery day. Transport companies may make delivery throughout the agreed day before 8:00 p.m. However, an approximate schedule may be indicated that the company will try to comply with, but is not obligated. If they cannot locate you, the transport company will attempt a second delivery agreed upon with you. If after the second attempt they do not locate you, you must pick up the order at the transport company's facilities.

If an order is shipped and cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, the amount paid for shipping costs will not be refunded, and other shipping costs will have to be paid again for resending the merchandise.

In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to modify the transport company with which we will send you the package, but always maintain transit times.

Taxes would be added later according to the country zone, this does not depend on us nor do we have any way of knowing the approximate value of it. nor can we change the prices or the reason for shipping. since as a company, we must respond with clear accounts to the state.
